| Natalie Jane Imbruglia Date of Birth: February 4, 1975 Family The name, "Natalie", has Latin origins and means, "born on
Christmas". When Natalie was 13, she started singing and
acting. After attending performing arts school in 1991, she was
given the chance to record a label. She turned the opportunity
down as she though she was too young. Instead, she done four
commercials for the Japanese product Bubblelicious
(bubblegum). In 1996, Natalie signed up with RCA Records in UK by BMG's Mark Fox. Left of the Middle was then released in England at the end of 1997. During that time, Natalie was voted "Australia's Most Beautiful Woman 1997". In 1998, the album was released all over the world.
